THE SOLUTIONS: For three decades, our campaigns for St. Clair Hospital have served as a platform for communicating the superior quality of outcomes, technology and care to be found there. We’ve supported the brand and nearly all of their specialties with nearly all of our capabilities. The campaigns have evolved from client-driven facility focus to agency/client-driven campaigns that focus on the quality of care provided using images of caregivers with patients.
THE RESULTS: Consistent boosting of St Clair’s patient market share among regional residents. Increases in targeted consumer awareness of specialty departments and hospital services of up to 70%. 6 million+ multi-media impressions and more than 25,000 clicks to the website for the recent Family Birth Center Campaign and over 2,000 phone calls to the center in the campaign’s first 90 days. Digital strategies achieving a 0.46% click thru rate (compared to national average of 0.31% for health and medical visual campaigns).

THE STORY: Dymun + Company was initially asked by British Airports Authority (BAA) to create a name, graphic identity and promotions for its retail concept at the new Pittsburgh International Airport. Instead of limiting our thinking to just the situation in Pittsburgh, we went a step further, and created a brand that BAA took all over America.
THE SOLUTIONS: Our campaign launched the AirMall brand as part of the grand opening of the new Pittsburgh International Airport in 1992. It presented the idea of AirMall, and its down-to-earth prices, as a unique departure from the typical airport retail experience.
THE RESULTS: AirMall became a nation brand. BAA reinvented the travelers shopping experience under the AirMall brand banner at airports across the country. AirMall USA became the corporate brand until it was ultimately acquired by German company Fraport in 2017.

THE STORY: By 2025, Giant Eagle will eliminate single-use plastic bags in all stores. We were asked to conceptualize, design and produce a three-market media tour to launch the first step in their “It Takes All of Us” initiative to become a retail leader in sustainability.
THE SOLUTIONS: Our media tour featured Giant Eagle executives, local community partners and government officials in Pittsburgh, Cleveland and Columbus. Participants spoke to members of the media in a branded environment reflective of Giant Eagle’s commitment to sustainability, complete with a life-sized Sustainability Pledge. We designed the event environment, engaged 14 targeted micro social media influencers, managed the events on site, and produced executive-level multimedia post-event recaps.
THE RESULTS: 118 traditional and online media stories. 46.5 million total impressions. $8.6 million total media value 187K Total digital impressions. 15.5% engagement rate (industry standard is <7%).

THE STORY: Major League Baseball team the Pittsburgh Pirates have partnered with us annually to create in-game videos that entertain and excite fans.
THE SOLUTIONS: Our imaginative approaches have brought energy and fun to every home game for the past several seasons. Last season we transformed every player into movie-quality animated Lego(R) characters, welcomed fans to PNC Park with a video showcasing our city, the team and a hometown legend, Mr. Rogers, and introduced the “Great Pittsburgh Pierogy Race ‘n at” with our award-winning short film that turned the mascots into action stars.
THE RESULTS: Our videos have consistently been a hit over the years. Feedback from the team at all levels, fans and the league has been overwhelmingly positive. We look forward to continuing our relationship with the Pirates when we can all return to the ballpark.

THE STORY: Coca-Cola — the most iconic and identifiable brand in the world — speaks for itself. But when Coca-Cola “franchised” off all bottling and distribution in the US to 35 independent operators, we needed to create a brand within a brand for the 10th largest Coca-Cola franchise in the US, ABARTA Coca-Cola Beverages.
THE SOLUTIONS: We developed their identity, brand platform, logo, and v1.0 website. We also designed and orchestrated a multi-state media event/launch day to commemorate and communicate the brand’s first official day of business.
THE RESULTS: Launch-day events generated over $250,000 in earned media value via local, regional and national coverage. Our creative work was praised by Coca-Cola’s brand director who said, “The new identity looks great and is a symbol of the history and future of ABARTA Coca-Cola Beverages as a key bottling partner in the Coca-Cola system.”

THE STORY: We are an agency of record with EATON, a global diversified power management company and technology leader. When a major competitor launched a new pricing strategy for residential products, Eaton needed to remind customers that quality trumps all. We were asked to develop a campaign that positioned Eaton as the true leader in technology, reliability, safety and efficiency.
THE SOLUTIONS: Our strategy was to guide consumers at retail locations by providing marketing tools to distributors that would drive retail sales. That also meant designing a campaign unlike anything customers had seen from Eaton. Themed “Always ON”, we positioned Eaton residential products as safe and reliable from the service entrance to the wall plate. We targeted contractors, channel partners, homeowners and the EATON sales team with trade show displays, print ads, point-of-sale materials, email campaigns, web pages and internal promotions.
THE RESULTS: After initial results of sell-out numbers with residential and wiring device products at the retail level, the campaign is still going strong.
